Ross Gilmour has spent over 16 years across in-person and online coaching in Glasgow and Dubai, regularly speaking at major UAE industry events including the MEFITPRO Summit and the Dubai Active Show. He began studying Exercise Mechanics in 2020 through Integra, RTS' UK program, going on to train as an Instructor with RTS Global.

Former Director of Training at Embody Fitness and founder of Team Precision, Ross specializes in physique transformation, ranging from advanced fat loss and competitive athlete prep, to mentoring fellow coaches in achieving incredible results.
