Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the RTS Global website or registering for any RTS programme.

By accessing our website at rtsglobal.org, creating an account, or purchasing a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. GENERAL USE

This website is operated by RTS Global Sdn. Bhd. (referred to as "RTS Global", "we", "us", or "our"). It is designed to allow users to browse course information, create accounts, purchase course enrolments, access pre-course and post-course online content, and communicate with RTS Global.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at info@rtsglobal.org immediately.

When you use this website or communicate with us by email, you are communicating electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, whether by email or by notifications posted on this website. All such communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be provided in writing.

2. COURSE ENROLMENT AND PAYMENT

Course purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise RTS Global to charge the applicable course fee to your selected payment method.

All course fees are displayed in the currency stated at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.

3. REFUND POLICY

Refund requests will be considered at the sole discretion of RTS Global. To be eligible for consideration, a request must be submitted no later than two weeks before the scheduled practical workshop date.

Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

Where a refund is approved, the Stripe payment processing fee incurred on the original transaction will be deducted from the amount returned. RTS Global does not recover this fee and it cannot be waived.

To submit a refund request, contact us at info@rtsglobal.org with your name, order details, and the reason for your request.

4. COURSE ACCESS

Upon successful enrolment, you will be granted access to RTS Global's online course content hosted on Teachable. This access covers pre-course video theory, post-practical online study materials, and any supplementary content provided as part of your programme.

Access to Teachable course content is granted for the duration of your active enrolment period only. Upon completion of your programme, including the formal examination period, access to course materials will be removed. RTS Global does not provide ongoing access to course content after graduation.

5. EXAMINATIONS

Formal examinations are administered through ClassMarker. Each student is permitted two examination attempt within the designated examination period communicated at the time of enrolment.

No additional attempts will be granted within the same examination period. Any queries regarding examination eligibility or timing should be directed to info@rtsglobal.org prior to the examination period opening.

6. CERTIFICATION AND CREDENTIAL VALIDITY

Upon successful completion of RTS Level 1, graduates receive the RTS Personal Training Certificate. This credential is valid for two years from the date of issue.

7. COURSE CONDUCT AND TERMS OF ATTENDANCE

All participants are required to sign a Terms of Attendance agreement prior to attending any RTS practical workshop. The terms of that agreement govern conduct during the practical component of the programme and are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

RTS Global reserves the right to suspend or remove a participant from a course, without refund, if their conduct is deemed by RTS Global to be disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of the Terms of Attendance.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All course content, materials, videos, frameworks, proprietary terminology, and intellectual property associated with RTS Global and the Resistance Training Specialist® programme are the property of RTS Global Sdn. Bhd.

Participants are not permitted to record, reproduce, distribute, or share any course content in any form, whether during or after their enrolment. Unauthorised use of RTS Global intellectual property may result in immediate removal from the programme without refund and may be subject to legal action.

The trademarks, logos, and course names displayed on this website, including Resistance Training Specialist®, Exercise Mechanics™, Exercise Equation®, and Exercise Continuum®, may not be copied, modified, or used without prior written consent from RTS Global.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RTS Global provides educational content and is not liable for outcomes resulting from the application of course material in any professional or personal context. Participants are responsible for exercising their own professional judgment in all client-facing situations.

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, RTS Global's liability for any claim arising from use of this website or participation in any programme shall not exceed the course fee paid by the participant in connection with that claim.

10. PRIVACY

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at rtsglobal.org. By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

RTS Global reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to this website. Continued use of the website or our services following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
