Coach Dennis Pang, Co-founder of GoodJuJu Barbell Club, providing a testimonial on why they think RTS should be a staple for any trainer in the fitness industry

“It teaches you to think, on a deeper level”

DENNIS PANG
Personal Trainer, Co-Owner and Head of PT @ Good JuJu Barbell Club

If you’re a personal trainer, or aspiring to be a personal trainer, in my belief you should take RTS. I say that because any personal trainer will come across a set of questions that they have when it comes to program design or exercise selection. Why do we - year after year - still send our trainers to this course? Outside of the insights RTS provides in terms of basic physics and biomechanics, the number one takeaway and benefit is that it teaches you how to think on a deeper level.

The value from that is you’re able to make better decisions for your client.
