“The level is well matched to whoever is in the room.”
DAVE MARSH
Personal Trainer & Online Coach
“The course is awesome. I love the fact that it’s gone into a lot of details about certain things that I haven’t gone into previously in the industry. It will excel my knowledge in terms of what I do with clients on a day-to-day basis. Understanding how to better set up exercises to suit a client, and how we can manipulate the different variables. The level is well matched to whoever is in the room, and has been modulated so that everyone can understand it, bringing it up to a level that suits everyone. I really enjoyed the lying adduction variation!”
“I wish I’d learned this 20 years ago.”
PETER HEATH
Personal Trainer & Online Coach
“I’ve been doing this for coming up on two decades. There’s such a small amount of this industry that actually understands this stuff. I wish I’d learned this stuff 20 years ago, and I’m kicking myself for not doing so. I think of all the gyms in, people I’ve worked with - I don’t think it’s common knowledge, and it should be.”
